The types of jets are standard and are selected based on the number of passengers that will fill the flight, so as to guarantee an efficient service adapted to the request.

I purchased the membership by mistake. Can I request a refund?

If you purchased the membership by mistake, you can request a refund within 14 days of the subscription, by sending an explicit cancellation notice via email to info@flylux.io. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within this period, you will be reimbursed the fee paid using the same payment method used for the purchase. However, please note that if you used the booking services before the end of 14 days, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply

What is the invitation code for?
